A. Your first invoice comes 5 - 10 business days after your service has been set-up and has the month that you are using plus the pre payment of the a month since all services are pre paid monthly.
Q. If I ever wanted to cancel my service how do that ?
A. cancelation is simple you e-mail us and we'll send you a confirmation and a cancelation date.
Q. If I cancel before my billing date is over do I get a refund ?
A. No sorry we do not offer refunds, your only commited month by month and we are always happy to give you your end billing date at the time of cancelation.
